Thanks Susan! I picked up at the library this week the book, "Vegetable Heaven" by Mollie Katzen in an attempt to learn some new veggie and bean dishes I can make to help our grocery bill. I'm really trying to buy veggies and fruits that are in season and therefore cheap, but growing up all the veggies my mom fixed were corn, green beans, or peas. And I was never a big veggie eater, but I'm trying to grow up now. ;-)
