Oh boy oh boy oh boy! Today's mail brought the Winter 2006 issue of Higher Things magazine, and I have an article in it. I've had lots of letters published in newspapers and magazines, and a few brief articles in magazines, and a picture of my photogenic son Paul in Home Education Magazine, and oodles of newsletter articles, but never a whole real article in a snazzy slick magazine. This is so exciting!

ReplyDeleteBtw, apparently Paul didn't even know he was in that magazine... It's the kind of thing one might tell people. Or maybe not. What issue was it? I think we get that at the library...
Ethan, it was a while ago. I went to quickly peruse through my stack of old HEMs, and couldn't find the issue. I know it's more recent than Jan 97, and I think it was before Bep's confirmation (June 01?). Doesn't narrow it down much, does it? In the picture, Paul was about 4 years old, and it was attached to an article on kids learning to write. If I find it, I'll let you know. And I'll even show Paul!
