(I hope I don't get in trouble or committed for this) When I was a kid (under 12 years old I think) and had too much time on my hands, I used to hang out at the Catholic school building (closed at the time) behind my father's bakery. It had an outside iron stairwell which I loved to climb up to the top of (3 or 4 stories) with a case full of empty soda and beer bottles. Can you guess what I enjoyed doing? Yes, that's right. I would either drop the whole box full of bottles or drop one bottle at a time just to see and hear the crash!
I also used to take any new hotwheels I received as a kid and see how flat I could smash them with a hammer.
You see, that is why I had to join the Marine Corps. What a great job that was for a guy who liked to smash, break, drop and shoot things.
I have since stablized somewhat since then (still like to shoot guns)...I hold an office job and wear a tie, am an elder at church and spending my days trying not to freak out as my two boys (5 & 9) do some of the same things I did growing up! I guess this is my 'payback' for what I did to my parents!
Swinging from one extreme to the other, either busy or vegging, orderly or cluttered, meals par excellence or insta-food, schoolwork all day or not at all. Good thing my husband is well-balanced.
This IS funny. Women just don't get it!
