Crunchy Cons -- done Jan 13.
ReplyDeletePenderwick! That was what I was looking for at the library and all I kept coming to was "Spiderwick".
ReplyDeleteSomeone at your house may enjoy "Spiderwick" more....
ReplyDeleteAnne of Ingleside -- finished Jan 16.
ReplyDeleteHoly Housewifery -- finished Jan 17.
ReplyDeleteWe started Penderwicks tonight. Only one chapter, but thus far it strikes me that a modern story (written 2006) has mouthier and more quarrelsome kids than I'm used to reading about.
Wow -- I've finished three books in four days. Last book before this was prior to Thanksgiving. At this rate, I'm like the Seattle Seahawks winning a championship....
ReplyDeleteAdd: Carry On, Mr Bowditch
ReplyDeleteand Flatland
Add: Pioneer Girl (biography of Laura)
ReplyDeleteAdd: On to Oregon
