(See "Ye Sons and Daughters of the King" where it says "the Marys went their Lord to seek.")

If you think it's okay to pray to Mary (which I know Kathy doesn't but she knows lots of people who do) then why would that be any more of a punishment than praying to Jesus?Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16307213773466556564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34185942.post-81216194544580664322012-05-04T21:34:46.270-05:002012-05-04T21:34:46.270-05:00"Hail Marys"? Those things are punishments and self-denial. But prayer? That's a joy and a privilege.

Assigning prayer as penance seems to me like taking your kid out to Culver's in response to his lying, or responding to some serious disobedience by purchasing him that bike he's been saving up for.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16307213773466556564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34185942.post-34891996151874840642012-05-04T21:16:09.922-05:002012-05-04T21:16:09.922-05:00Yep.
